Do you offer price matching with competitors?
At Foremost Creations, we prioritize excellence over cost-cutting. We do not engage in price matching because our commitment to quality is unmatched. Our patches are crafted with the highest standards of craftsmanship and materials, ensuring unparalleled durability and aesthetic appeal. While other providers may compete on price, we believe that our superior quality and attention to detail set us apart. Where are your patches manufactured?
- Leather/Acrylic Patches: Our patches are proudly laser engraved right here in the United States. Specifically, we operate out of Wittmann, Arizona, just outside of Phoenix. By keeping our production local, we ensure top-quality craftsmanship and support American industry.
- American Made PVC Patches: These patches are made right here in the United States, with all materials sourced from American businesses. This commitment ensures exceptional quality and supports local industry. Like many American-made products, our patches come with a higher price tag, reflecting the superior quality and craftsmanship that are hallmarks of domestic manufacturing.
- Imported PVC Patches: We offer imported PVC patches as a cost-effective alternative, which are priced lower per unit. These patches are sourced from our trusted international suppliers, known for their reliability and quality. Please note that the typical turnaround time for these imported patches is 20 to 30 days, allowing us to offer a more budget-friendly option while maintaining the standards of our product line.
How many colors can my custom patches be?
There's a few different answers to this questions:
- Leather Patches: Available in a single color option. These patches feature a finished leather stain on the surface, which is carefully burned through to expose a solid black layer beneath.
- Tri-Layer Acrylic Patches: Offered in a variety of color combinations, including popular choices such as White/Red/Blue and White/Black/Red. Each patch consists of three distinct layers, including the top white finish.
- Acrylic Patches: Available in single color options. These patches are designed with a finished pattern on the top layer, which is burned through to reveal a solid color underneath.
When can I expect to receive my patches?
Once you have submitted your order and approved the proof, production of your patches generally takes between three to five business days. Please note that production times may be extended for larger orders.
Upon completion of production, your patches will be shipped using the shipping method you selected. We ensure that we utilize the fastest available shipping options from our network of couriers. Typically, customers receive their custom patches within the time frames listed below:
- Leather / Acrylic Patches: 10 Business Days
- PVC Patches (American Made): 3-4 Weeks
- PVC Patches (Imported): 4-6 Weeks
Can I order small quantities of patches?
Our minimum order quantity is 12 custom patches.
We strive to make our patches accessible to everyone, offering lower quantities for those who need just a few patches or wish to sample our products before placing a larger order.
Please note that while our online maximum order quantity is 100,000 patches, you may place larger orders by consulting with one of our representatives through email.
Do you provide rush/overnight service options?
We understand that urgent situations arise and sometimes you need your patches in a hurry. To accommodate such needs, we offer a rush service for expedited production and delivery. Please note that this service incurs an additional rush fee, which varies based on the quantity of patches and the complexity of the job. This fee reflects the priority handling and accelerated turnaround times required to meet your tight deadlines. While we strive to fulfill your urgent requests promptly, this fee ensures that we can maintain our high standards of quality and efficiency under expedited conditions.
Application settings & tips
These settings work for thousands of users but may vary slightly between each machine.
IQ 360 Hat Press Settings (Recommended Press)
This is the preferred press for pressing our custom patches onto hats:
For most materials, the suggested setting will be 280*F on the top platen and 320*F on bottom platen for 45 seconds.
Branding Iron Hat Press Settings
Suggested settings for the Branding Iron are 280°F on top and 400°F on bottom for 45 seconds with medium pressure applied.
Generic Single Platon Settings
We suggest starting at 300*F for 40-50 seconds with most materials, including leather that is 4oz or less of thickness. Some customers prefer pre-pressing the hat to warm it up with the top platen or pressing for additional time.
- Do not pre-press your hats more than 30 secons.
File Preperation, file formats & more
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Accepted File Formats:
We require a vectorized logo/artwork file, no exceptions.
- We currently accept the following file formats: .AI, .EPS, .SVG, and .PDF
Template Help and Usage:
- Art Preparation Templates: To ensure the highest quality and accuracy in your custom patches, it is imperative that you use our provided template for submitting your artwork. This requirement is standard practice within the professional industry and is essential for meeting our production specifications. Adhering to our template guarantees that your design is correctly positioned and formatted, reducing the risk of errors and delays. As we serve a professional clientele, we expect all clients to follow these guidelines meticulously. - Template Help Service: For your convenience, we offer a 'Template Help' service for an additional cost, where our team will handle all the file preparation and ensure your artwork is ready for production.

Do you offer refunds or returns?
Please be advised that we maintain a strict no-refund policy. Given that our products are custom-manufactured to meet the unique specifications of each client, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds. The bespoke nature of our patches, which are tailored with individual logos and designs, means that they cannot be resold or repurposed. This policy ensures that we can focus on delivering high-quality, personalized products while managing the complexities associated with custom orders. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to carefully review all details before finalizing your purchase.
What is the shipping policy?
Please be aware that once your order leaves our facility, we are no longer responsible for its transit or delivery. We rely on trusted shipping carriers to handle and deliver your products, but any issues that arise during shipping, including loss or damage, are beyond our control. In the event that your shipment is lost or damaged, it is the customer's responsibility to file a claim directly with the carrier. We strongly recommend tracking your shipment and contacting the carrier promptly if any issues occur. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and accept these terms, understanding that we cannot be held liable for any shipping-related problems.
