Do you offer refunds?
All sales are final. No refunds. No returns. If we screw up (rare, but we're human), we’ll fix it. But if you ordered the wrong size or changed your mind after the fact, that’s on you.
Payment is required before production.
All invoices require full payment up front. We do not offer any terms. Too many people abuse it in our industry, and we’re not here to get burned. You pay, we produce. It's that simple.
What's your turnaround time?
Every order from Foremost Creations is made-to-order right here in Phoenix, Arizona. We don’t pull from shelves — we print, stitch, and press your gear when you order it. That means 7–10 business days before it ships. Need it faster? That’s called a rush order — and yes we can handle that for you. It does cost extra.
What is Spoilage and Shrinkage?
All orders are subject to a standard 3% spoilage/shrinkage rate due to the custom nature of production. We’re talking real, hands-on work here — not mass-produced junk. Minor misprints or defects within this margin are part of the game and not our responsibility.
Showcasing your product on social media.
Unless we’ve agreed, Foremost Creations retains the right to showcase your order in our marketing and social media. You ordered awesome gear — don’t be shocked when we show it off.
